{"id":2718,"date":"2022-11-15T14:31:08","date_gmt":"2022-11-15T18:31:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wwwcp.umes.edu\/grad\/?page_id=2718"},"modified":"2022-11-15T14:38:30","modified_gmt":"2022-11-15T18:38:30","slug":"application-fee","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/wwwcp.umes.edu\/grad\/application-fee\/","title":{"rendered":"Application Fee"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:29px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A US $50 non-refundable application fee is required for application to all graduate degree programs at UMES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The application fee&nbsp;and a separate application must be submitted for each program or degree-level or status in which entrance is sought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">UMES will waive the Application Fee&nbsp;under the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>The applicant had been admitted, and had previously taken graduate courses at UMES or at SU (see the section on Collaborative Programs with Salisbury University); or<\/li><li>The applicant is a UMES senior or graduate with a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or better; or<\/li><li>The applicant is a senior or a graduate of an accredited US college or university, with a cumulative grade point average of 3.75 or better (confirmed by transcript); or<\/li><li>The applicant is a McNair student\/Scholar (must be documented).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Graduate programs may require an acceptance fee, which is applied as a credit to tuition and other fees upon the student\u2019s initial enrollment in the degree program.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A US $50 non-refundable application fee is required for application to all graduate degree programs at UMES.
