Technology (ABET) &#8211; Engineering program<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #651d32;\"><strong>UMES Academic Programs<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>UMES offers an upper division certificate in Family Financial Planning and Special Education, and a post-baccalaureate Certificate in Rural Health Disparities and Social Inequities, bachelor\u2019s degrees in 34 areas, 15 master\u2019s degrees, and 8 doctoral degrees in physical and biological sciences, social and behavioral sciences, engineering, education, mathematics, information technology, humanities, and visual and performing arts (see the catalog of undergraduate 2018-2019\u00a0 &amp; graduate catalog 2015-2017); UMES Scholarships, Endowed Scholarships, and Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Scholarship Funds.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #651d32;\"><strong>School of Pharmacy &amp;
