We care for and support our UMES students.  It may be common to experience various feelings and emotions such as anxiety and fear, depression, loneliness, grief, anger, and frustration during these challenging times.  You are not alone, we are here to help you navigate any difficulties you may have in maintaining your mental health. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

UMES Counseling Services offers flexible mental health counseling services to our students.  We are providing in person and telehealth services. Telehealth services are available via phone or a secure video platform to currently enrolled UMES students. Due to state mental health licensing laws, you must be residing in the state of Maryland to receive virtual mental health services.  You can also use the SAMHSA referral and provider link to find mental health services near you: http:\/\/findtreatment.samhsa.gov\/<\/mark><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
