At times, personal stressors may interfere with your performance or daily life. If you are experiencing challenges, please remember that support is available.&nbsp;<strong>UMES Counseling Services<\/strong>&nbsp;provides free and confidential counseling to all students. Services are located on the 2nd floor of the Student Development Center, Suite 2260, and can be reached at&nbsp;<strong>410-651-6449<\/strong>. If you need to speak with a counselor outside of regular office hours, you may call&nbsp;<strong>Healthy Hawks<\/strong>, a 24\/7\/365 mental health support line, at&nbsp;<strong>410-651-HELP (4357)<\/strong>\u2014your well-being matters. Please take advantage of these resources when needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Title IX Syllabus Statement:<\/strong> UMES recognizes the inherent dignity of all individuals and promotes respect&nbsp;for all people.
