We\u2019ll match the contribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0<strong>*You must qualify for the\u00a0<u>maximum benefit rate<\/u>\u00a0under the Post-9\/11 GI Bill.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To qualify, at least one of these must be true. You:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Served at least 36 months on active duty (either all at once or with breaks in service),\u00a0<strong>or<\/strong><\/li><li>Received a Purple Heart on or after September 11, 2001, and were honorably discharged after any amount of service,\u00a0<strong>or<\/strong><\/li><li>Served for at least 30 continuous days (all at once, without a break) on or after September 11, 2001, and were discharged after 60 days with a service-connected disability,\u00a0<strong>or<\/strong><\/li><li>Are a dependent child using benefits transferred by a Veteran or a service member who has served for at least 36 months on active duty and qualifies at the 100% level,\u00a0<strong>or<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.va.gov\/education\/transfer-post-9-11-gi-bill-benefits\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Find out about transferring Post-9\/11 GI Bill benefits<\/a><\/li><li>Are a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.va.gov\/education\/survivor-dependent-benefits\/fry-scholarship\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fry Scholar<\/a>\u00a0(eligible for the Yellow Ribbon Program on or after August 1, 2018)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0At this time, you\u2019re not eligible for the maximum benefit rate under the Post-9\/11 GI Bill if you\u2019re an active-duty service member or the spouse of an active-duty service member.
